We are looking for a full time team member to lead our delivery, manage seasonal teams, and maintain the quality of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment – to be part of recruitment process for seasonal staff & to lead, train and inspire our seasonal crew members

• Staffing – to manage the team of seasonal crew. To include, scheduling, reporting hours and communicating payroll.

• Yard management – responsibility to maintain a safe, efficient working environment. 

• Lead the loading / un-loading of vehicles, schedule cleaning & ad hoc repairs.

• Manage weekly vehicle maintenance program.

• Work closely with management in scheduling builds & de-rigs

• Stock management – to be aware of stock levels, and communicate items that require attention

• Build and dismantle tents and interiors, including working with suppliers and clients on-site.

• Admin - To understand company strategy & process, to be part of supplier communication & to understand accounting process, both incoming and outgoing.

Further Responsibilities

• To represent the Original Marquees Brand and culture

• Assist the wider team members when appropriate for the benefit of the company.

• To be part the sales process, and to be involved in creating new business.

• Perform additional duties in the off-season.

• Taking on additional responsibilities such as refurbishing equipment, cleaning, re-organisation, planning.

• To maintain company Health and Safety policy is adhered to.

Requirements

-       Full / Clean UK Driving Licence.

This role is a permanent position, working from our premises. Hours of work will vary over a 12 month period, and will depend on the companies requirements.
