Event Planner
Part time - Permanent Position
Working 22.5 hours per week, this role focuses on guiding clients through the final stages of their planning journey, gathering the essential details, confirming logistics, and ensuring all information is clear, accurate, and communicated with the team.
The Event Planner role plays a vital role in ensuring every occasion runs smoothly, delivering a professional and personable service to clients while supporting the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
Key point of contact for clients during the lead-up to their event, offering expert advice, answering queries, and providing reassurance with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
They will create and maintain detailed planning documents, schedules, and handovers, ensuring each department receives the most up-to-date instructions, including changes to layouts, timings, suppliers, and client preferences.
Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple events at different stages of planning.
The role suits someone who enjoys building strong relationships, thrives in a dynamic environment, and can remain composed when working to deadlines.
A passion for delivering exceptional experiences is key, as the Event Planner ensures every client feels valued, supported, and excited for their special occasion.
Further Responsibilities
To be part the sales process, and to be involved in communications
Taking on additional responsibilities such as social media, marketing & sales
To represent the Company’s Brand and culture
Assist the wider team members when appropriate
